      To remain compliant with PCI-DSS and other frameworks, Talkative automatically blocks credit/debit card information from being sent through with chat messages.


      All formats are blocked i.e. 1234 1234 1234 1234, 1234123412341234, 1234-1234-1234-1234 and even Amex 15 digit cards e.g. 1234 1234 1234 123


      Card information is also masked during Customer Preview Messages.
