How to enable the new Agent Console Redesign

Before this update, we felt that the Classic Console layout could be optimized to provide an improved and more intuitive user experience

That’s why we’ve created the new Agent Console Redesign - specifically developed to help your contact center teams perform better and improve efficiency.

How to enable the new console

Settings > General > Manage Company Configs

> Agent Experience 



> Console   Redesign 


Select Redesigned in the drop-down > Click Submit

You also have the flexibility to enable the new Agent Console Redesign on a per-agent basis.

Enabling the Redesigned Agent Console for Individual Agents

You have the flexibility to enable the new Agent Console Redesign on a per-agent basis. This means that you can choose which agents can use the new design, giving you time to test it out and address any questions before fully transitioning.

To change the console version for individual agents, follow these steps:

As an Account Holder go to Users and select the user you wish to update 

Under user Configuration select "user configuration" 

General > Condole Redesign > Select Redesign
