What happens if I hit a licence limit?

If you hit a resource that is restricted, such as users or queues, or if you try to access a page you do not have access to (e.g. Mass Outbound SMS) you will see a page similar to this.

What about interaction limits?

The interaction limit resets each calendar month. If the interaction limit is met, the widget will simply not load.

Where can I see my licence usage?

Currently you will need to raise a ticket with Talkative support or otherwise contact Talkative. We are currently working on a licence show page that will let you see your licence and your current usage.
