How to use multiparty video

Enable multi-party video toggle

Ensure this toggle is set to enabled, you must be an Account Holder, find it under General -> Company Configs -> Agent Experience -> External User Video:

Using multi-party video

During a video interaction, click on video call icon, then click Add user. The link will automatically be copied to your clipboard.

Then send the link to your external participant. They do not need to be a Talkative agent, anyone can join.

Each link is not single use, so you can give it to multiple external participants.

There is a limit of 50 participants, but we recommend no more than 4 participants in a video call for best performance.
