Creating per-user dashboards
Any settings that are changed in the filter (see below) will save in your browser's local storage. This means different users and teams can create their own views without affecting what the rest of your organisation sees.

To revisit any given date and time with a full contextual view of interaction and agent data, locate the hourglass icon in the top right hand corner of the Supervisor Dashboard.
Click the icon to select a date and time.
