      New Supervisor Dashboard

      Update 1: Time Travel functionality now available for supervisors who want to revisit a given date within Talkative, enabling them to review historical and contextual data. Please see below for instructions on how to access. 


      Channels shown

      Only the channels configured in your organisation will display e.g. you may only have "Chat Channel" here.


      Agents and queues

      Agents and queues are shown below the channels.


      You can expand any queue or agent:


      Creating per-user dashboards

      Any settings that are changed in the filter (see below) will save in your browser's local storage. This means different users and teams can create their own views without affecting what the rest of your organisation sees.

      To revisit any given date and time with a full contextual view of interaction and agent data, locate the hourglass icon in the top right hand corner of the Supervisor Dashboard. 

      Click the icon to select a date and time. 

      Note: Data is backdated to the 31st of January 2022.
