Notifications Overview
Talkative allows supervisors and account holders to send notifications to selected or all queues. These notifications can be sent to either the agents or customers
To create a new notification to broadcast to the queue follow the steps below:
Text: this box represents the text which will be broadcast to all the agents.
Queues to be broadcast to: Use this to select which queues the message should go to. Multiple queues can be selected using the drop down box.
Send to all queues: If selected, this will send the message to every queue in your Talkative environment.
Send to currently active chats as well: If checked, this will send the message to all active chats including customers.
Once the settings are selected, click send to send the notification.
