This extension is required for voice/video to work inside of Salesforce

Salesforce Browser Extension

Agents will need to use the Chrome browser extension listed below for voice/video to work inside of Salesforce:

When the extension is added, navigate to your production Salesforce org.

Click "Update to my current domain" e.g.:

The extension is required since Salesforce currently blocks WebRTC inside of the Talkative agent iframe.
