In transit
All connections to the Talkative platform are encrypted in transit using TLS. HTTP requests are automatically redirected to HTTPS at our load balancers and on our website, and TLS is enforced on administrative consoles.
- We use strong TLS ciphers, and our SSL/TLS configuration is monitored for known issues.
- TLS certificates are monitored for validity, and expired certificates are detected and removed.
At rest
Customer data is encrypted at rest in our data stores, including our relational and NoSQL databases and object storage.
Devices
Company computers are centrally managed with full-disk encryption enabled.
Governance
Encryption use and key management are governed by our Cryptography Policy, part of our ISO 27001:2022 policy set.
