How to report a security concern
If you become aware of a security event, possible incident, security weakness or suspicious activity affecting Talkative services, report it immediately:

How we respond
For critical issues, our response team follows an iterative response process: triage and analysis, investigation, containment and neutralisation, recovery and vulnerability remediation, then hardening and detection improvements, with a documented post-mortem including lessons learned and root cause analysis. Legal and executive staff are informed as required.
We practise
We run incident response tabletop exercises, and lessons learned feed our corrective action log.
