Talkative's platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Shared responsibility
Under our ISMS scope, responsibilities are split between Talkative and AWS:
- AWS is responsible for the physical security and environmental controls of the data centre facilities hosting Talkative systems; logical access to the underlying network, system management and storage devices; and the secure deletion of data and disposal of equipment supporting customer operations.
- Talkative is responsible for our application, databases, customer data, and the people and processes that operate the platform, governed by our own ISO 27001:2022 ISMS.
AWS certification
AWS independently holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for its information security management system (certificate 2013-009, issued by EY CertifyPoint). The current AWS certificate and the list of in-scope services are published on the AWS ISO compliance page.
