This article relates to standalone customers using the Talkative Task router system. Mitel customers can configure user workload setting from within the Ignite settings.
A user workload can be configured to enable different communication channels, including, chat, voice and video. In addition to this, the users chat capacity can be increased or decreased depending upon their skill level.
From within the User Manger, please click Edit on the user you wish to update. On this screen, you will see the Workload settings:
Clicking Edit here will allow you to adjust the users workload settings.
Update the workload configuration and click update.
Please note, the user may need to refresh their queue page for these changes to take effect.
These settings will be initial set according to your default setting set in your Distributor Config setup. However, updating your default settings only applies to new users being created, not existing ones.
