There may be some cases when you want to notify all customers by way of a message when they are queuing to speak to an agent. This may be particularly helpful in a support chat, when all customers might be queueing to discuss some downtime which is affecting all users. 



Accessing the "Notifications" page through the main menu will present you with the above page. You can enter a message here, and then choose which queues, or all queues to send this message too. This message will be delivered to all customers queuing, but have not yet been connecting to an agent. This can also be sent to active interactions by selecting the "Send to currently active chats as well" checkbox.


Once sent, the system will automatically deliver this message to the relevant interactions.
