We highly recommend agents use the Chrome/Edge browser extensions listed below.
When ending interactions, agents should hit the red X button. This will end the interaction in Talkative, which then updates Mitel MiCC to end the interaction in Mitel.
If agents instead click "Hang Up" in Mitel, this doesn't send an event to Talkative to signify the interaction has ended, so the customer can still send messages at this point.
The extension solves this by "hiding" the Hang Up button for Talkative interactions in Ignite.
Simply add the extension to your browser, then when in Web Ignite, hit "Update to Current Domain".
