The interaction queue overview screen allows a supervisor to join a specific chat, or an agent/supervisor to accept a chat.
When agents open up this screen, they appear online and ready to accept chats. Agents will only see available chats for queues they have been assigned to.
Interaction Quickref allows a supervisor to join a specific chat. The supervisor can enter the reference to join the selected chat:
Any available chats will be shown underneath. If the agent is a member of separate queues, the queues will be listed below with interactions appearing in the relevant queue. In this example, the user is a member of the 'Default Queue' and 'Demo' queue.
