This feature is available for Talkative supervisors. 


To get started designing your analytics email bulletin, first log into Talkative and navigate to the Analytics tab on the side navigation bar. 


Once you’ve clicked Analytics, navigate to the top right and select the button titled Analytics Bulletins. 



Once clicked, you’ll find the main Analytics Bulletins page. 


Here you can create and schedule a bulletin by clicking the top right blue button. 



Next, enter the necessary information to create your Analytics Bulletin. 


As seen below, you can: 


  • Create a bulletin label 

  • Choose the appropriate reports

  • Adjust report frequency, dates, and recipients. 


As an example, here is a completed bulletin below:  




Once you’ve completed your bulletin details, make sure to press the blue Save button at the bottom of the screen. 


You’ll then be returned to the Analytics Bulletins overview page, where you can see your saved bulletins and details about their scheduling. 


Note: by repeating this process, you can create several separate bulletins for different contacts and dates. 



Once you have created your bulletins, you will automatically receive email notifications about the reports on your chosen days. These emails will appear as below, with a link to your bulletin.
