This support article will cover two actions regarding Talkative’s Access Logs: 


  • Section one will review how to view Access Logs for a given interaction. 

  • Section two will review how to update and choose what data Talkative records within the Access Logs.

Section one: Viewing Access Logs


To view Access Logs within Talkative, simply navigate to the Settings tab on the left navigation bar. 


Next, click the dropdown button, and scroll to the Security section, where you’ll find access to the new Access Logs tab. 


Once you’ve navigated to the Access Logs section, you’ll be able to choose an interaction by selecting an Interaction ID.



This will take you through to the Interaction Logs section of Talkative, where you can view the full Access History by selecting the Access Log tab. 


Section two: Updating Interaction Access logging 

To choose what data is being record by the Interaction Access logging feature, first navigate to the Settings section of the Talkative navigation bar and click the dropdown option. 


Next, select the General tab. This will lead you to the Company Manager page. 



Select the Manage Company Configs button on the top right. You’ll then be directed to the Edit Configuration page. 


From here, scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the Interaction Access logging card, as seen below. 


Here you can choose from a range of access logging options to best suit your security compliance needs. 


Note: The options you choose will affect the data that populates within each Access Log on any given interaction.
