Talkative's Netcall integration allows you to embed Talkative interaction channels into Netcall Liberty, with routing and reporting performed by Netcall.

- Via Settings on the left side, under ‘General’, select ‘Interaction Routing’
- Select ‘Netcall’ from the options
⚠️ If you are moving into Netcall from the Talkative Engage or a different platform you will need to delete your current routing set up. It is recommended to perform this outside of your business hours ⚠️

Some advanced settings can be found via Misc. Configs in the main Settings menu

- Enter your Netcall Server URL, Partition ID and API Key
- Set a Queue Cap to limit how many interactions can be in the queue at a time
- Click ‘Create Netcall Integration
- You will then need to adjust your Queues with a Netcall Config…
Via Settings, click Queues, Select the relevant Queue and scroll to find ‘Configure Queue Configs’ and select all values.
