AI Interaction Summaries automatically condense customer interactions into clear, easy-to-read overviews. Instead of scrolling through full transcripts, you get a concise snapshot of what happened, helping supervisors, agents, and teams quickly understand the context of a chat, call or video call.
Summaries are available across all Talkative plans and apply to both web chat, voice ai and video chat transcripts.
⚙️ How to Enable AI Interaction Summaries
- Navigate to Settings and search for ‘Interaction Summary.’
- Enable the feature.
- (Optional) Customise the summary prompt:
- Control the format (e.g., include product URLs).
- Choose the output language.
- Adjust the length of the summary.

👀 How To View Summaries
Go to the Interaction Logs page.
- Each interaction includes a Summary column with a preview.
- Hover over the preview to expand and see the full summary.
- Open the individual Interaction log to view the summary alongside transcript details.
Timing:
- Chat summaries → near-instant.
- Video summaries → generated once transcription completes (requires video transcription enabled).
