To enable voice and video inside Salesforce, agents must install and configure the Talkative Chrome extension.
1. Install the Chrome Extension
Use the following link to install the required extension:

2. Set the Active Salesforce Domain
After installing the extension:
- Log in to your production Salesforce org.
- Open the extension’s settings.
- Click “Update to my current domain” to set the correct Salesforce environment.

Why This Is Needed
Salesforce currently blocks WebRTC within the Talkative agent iframe.
The Chrome extension ensures voice and video can function correctly inside Salesforce.
