If your business is located in a primarily non-English speaking country, we would recommend updating the agent's console to your local language. This feature will translate most text in the agent console so that your agents can easily navigate through the system without being multilingual.

⚙️Changing the Console Language
Step 1: Access the Settings
Head over to ‘Settings’ in the left-hand menu, navigate to ‘Agent Experience’ and ‘Language Options’.
Then using the dropdown, select the language you wish to change the console to.
Remember to hit save once done!

If your language is not on the list please let us know! We will be adding more languages soon.

Step 2: Access the Console
When you next access the console, the text should be in the selected language for you.
Since this feature is in Beta, we have used Google Translate for all translations. Please let us know if some phrasing or spelling is incorrect!
