What our ISMS covers
Our Information Security Management System covers the assets, technologies and processes for the secure provision of our digital customer contact solutions, supporting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal information, customer data, supplier information and client data across software development, sales, project management, strategic guidance, and the hosting of our web and mobile applications.
How we run it
- Risk management: information security risks are assessed and treated through a defined risk assessment and risk treatment process, with a risk assessment exercise completed at least annually.
- Statement of Applicability: we maintain a Statement of Applicability covering the ISO 27001:2022 Annex A controls.
- Internal audits: independent internal audits of the ISMS are conducted under a documented audit procedure, in addition to external certification audits.
- Management review: leadership formally reviews ISMS performance at recurring management review meetings.
- Continual improvement: nonconformities and improvement opportunities are tracked through a corrective action and continual improvement procedure.
- Security objectives: measurable information security objectives are set and monitored under our Information Security Objectives Plan.
