How can we help? 👋

Creating a WhatsApp/SMS Sandbox

A WhatsApp/SMS Sandbox is the safe way to test your WhatsApp/SMS chat before going live meaning you can make all the necessary adjustments before launching to your customers.

💡

You will need to apply for a WhatsApp/SMS number before going live but you can use your own number in the Sandbox to test with.

🛠️ How to create your WhatsApp/SMS Sandbox

Step 1: Open Messaging Service Queue Connections

  • Select ‘Settings’ on the left side menu
  • Select ‘Messaging Service Queue Connections’ from the Feature Management section The Quick Search bar at the top is super useful for finding the setting you need 😉
  • Select ‘Add Messaging Service’

  • Hit ‘Create Queue Messaging Config’’

🧪 Step 3: Start testing in your Sandbox

🤳 US  (us.engage.app) +19292929772
