To receive Facebook messages inside Talkative, you first need to connect your Facebook page to the platform. Once the integration is created, it can then be linked to one of your queues so incoming messages are routed correctly for your agents to handle.
Before you begin, make sure you are logged into Facebook with admin or owner permissions for the page you want to connect.
Step 1. Open Service Configs
Within Talkative, go to Settings and search for or open Service Configs.
This is where you can add new inbound messaging services such as Facebook.

Step 2. Add the Facebook Service
Click Add Service and choose Facebook.
You’ll be prompted to log in and approve Talkative’s permissions so it can receive messages from your page.

Step 3. Add the Messaging Service
Go to Settings → search for Messaging → open Manage Messaging Service Queue Connections
Click Add Messaging Service and choose Facebook.
This determines what kind of inbound channel you are connecting.

Step 4. Connect the service to a queue
Select the queue you want messages to flow into.
From this point on, all inbound messages sent will automatically appear in that queue for agents to handle.
