User Profiles let agents and supervisors manage their personal details, preferences, and interaction settings within Talkative. This includes updating profile information, adjusting configuration options, and setting channel capacities.
You can access user profiles in two ways:
- Your own profile: Click your avatar icon in the bottom-left corner and select User Profile.
- Another user’s profile (supervisors/admins): Go to Settings → Users, then select the user and click Profile to view or edit their details.

User Information
This section displays account-level details such as:
- Email address
- Company
- Last online
- Registration date
- Last updated timestamp
User Profile
This section includes personal details such as:
- First name
- Last name
- Locale
Click Update Profile after making changes.
Note: When editing your own profile, you will also see a Password section allowing you to change your login password.
User Role
Shows the user’s current role (e.g., Agent, Supervisor, Account Holder).
- Only Account Holders can change another user’s role.
- Agents cannot change their own role.
User Avatar
Allows uploading or updating the profile image.
- Max size: 300kb
- Square images recommended
Click Update Avatar to save.
User Configuration
Users and supervisors can update configuration settings, including:
- User Availability Timeout – Automatically sets status offline daily
- AI Auto-Complete – Enables AI-powered message suggestions
Click Submit within each setting card to apply changes.
Twilio Channels (Capacity Settings)
This section controls the number and type of interactions a user can handle at one time:
- Chat capacity
- Video toggle
- Voice toggle
Update values and click Update Twilio Channel Settings.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Enables or disables MFA for the user, depending on your organisation’s requirements.
The Account Holder/supervisor view includes Manage Multi-factor Authentication.
Active Reservations Older Than 24 Hours
If any reservations remain open for more than 24 hours, they appear here.
This section is used for ensuring there are no active sessions before deleting a user.
