When handling voice calls within Talkative, supervisors are now able to listen in to agent calls and join in.
⚠️ This feature is only available for Talkative Standalone voice customers.
To use this feature, navigate to the Live Dashboard page and find the monitoring dashboard. When a call is ongoing, you will be able to see it and Listen in.

Once you are listening in, you can click the microphone button to join in the call, or hang up, to leave the call. Keep in mind that the agent handling the call will still be within the call.
