Physical access at Talkative HQ is governed by our Physical Security Policy, and visitor access is managed and logged.
Clear screen & equipment
- Company devices lock automatically to protect unattended screens.
- Equipment and storage media are protected during use and securely disposed of at end of life, with proof of disposal and certificates of destruction for destroyed media.
Data centres
Talkative's platform runs on AWS. The physical security and environmental controls of the data-centre facilities hosting our systems are the responsibility of AWS, covered by AWS's own ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. See Infrastructure & Hosting Compliance.
