How to add in wait messages while customers queue for chats or video chats
Within the Chat Widget editor, go into your chat widget config, and navigate to the Wait Messages menu:
Each message will display once for the specified time period, unless Looping option is enabled.
Wait messages are currently company-wide and will apply to all queues.
