This guide will show how you log into the Talkative console on Mitel CX and how you can reset your password on the Talkative Console within Mitel CX. This is useful if you have forgotten your password, or need to change your password.
How to log into the Talkative Console
Step 1: Access the Talkative platform login page
- Log into Mitel CX with your regular details
- Set your status as 'Available'
- Accept an incoming interaction
Step 2: Access the login page
- Once an interaction has been accepted, you will be prompted to log into the Talkative platform.
- Click the login button, then fill out your email and password
- If you have been set up with SSO, click the SSO link instead
- Once you have submitted your details, you will be taken back to the interaction you accepted previously, ready to support the customer
Resetting your password (Mitel CX)
Step 1: Access the Talkative platform login page
- Log into Mitel CX with your regular details
- Set your status as 'Available'
- Accept an incoming interaction
Step 2: Access the login page
- Once an interaction has been accepted, you will be prompted to log into the Talkative platform.
- Click the forgot password button. An email will be sent to you with the password reset process.
- If you have been set up with SSO please contact your IT administrator to reset your account
