The new chat widget editor allows you to customize themes, welcome cards, nudges, data collection forms, and visibility rules to control how your widget behaves based on user context. Please see the below video demonstrating the new widget editor

Create forms to collect information from users
You can add fields like dropdowns, ratings, and text inputs
Forms can be linked to welcome cards or nudges
Language Strings
Update text across the chat widget (not tied to cards or nudges)
Chat Button
Customize the button users see when the widget is minimised
You can choose from a list or upload icons, and add optional text
Advanced Settings
Extra configuration options for specific use cases

Save drafts anytime
Click publish to make your changes live
