Let AI help your agents reword messages

What is it?

The AI reword message feature uses generativeAI to help you adjust messages in the agent text input box, allowing for improved accuracy and efficiency.

How to enable it?

AI reword is available to all Talkative subscriptions. You must be an Account Holder to enable it.

To enable the setting, search for "reword" in your settings.

This feature, when enabled, will turn on for all of your agents.

Please note, this feature uses OpenAI as a data subprocessor. OpenAI will only see the text in your message input box, and only when you click to expand/enhance your draft message.

How to use

As an agent, you will now have the a new button:
