AI Interaction Training - Customer Chatbots

Let AI be the customer, to train your agents with pre-written scenarios and training sessions.

What is it?

The AI Interaction Training feature lets the AI act as a virtual customer, in order to train your agents.

You create a number of "scenarios" for the AI to follow, then the AI will act as a customer for your agents.

How to enable it?

AI Interaction Training is available as a paid add-on to Business and Enterprise tiers, please contact Talkative to enable it on your licence.

Please note, this feature uses OpenAI as a data subprocessor. OpenAI will only see the messages agents send to the virtual customers.

How to set it up?

Account Holders and Supervisors can use this feature.

First, search for "training" in your settings and click on Training Scenarios.

Create a training scenario, filling out the form with as much detail as possible:

A separate settings area "Agent Training Configuration" lets you enable/disable agents to self-trigger training sessions (more info on this further in this document).

 

How to use it?

Once you've created a Scenario, you can create a Training Session for agents by navigating to the area in the settings menu.

Once you've filled out this form, it will create interactions for your agents.

Agents are also able to trigger training scenarios to themselves from within the Talkative console by pressing the Settings area within the console:
