This guide will show how you can reset your password on the Talkative platform. This is useful if you have forgotten your password, or need to change your password.
Please note that this guide does not apply for users using SSO. If you are using SSO, please contact your IT administrator if you are unable to login.
Resetting your password
Step 1: Access the Talkative platform login page
- For European customers, navigate to this link: https://eu.engage.app/login
- For North American customers navigate to this link: https://us.engage.app/login
- For Oceanic or Asian customers navigate to this link: https://au.engage.app/login
Step 2: Click the forgot password link
- On the login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link:
- Then enter your email address which you use to log into Talkative and click "Send Password Reset Link"
Step 3: Complete the password reset steps
- Shortly after completing step 2, you should receive an email with the subject "Reset Password Notification".
If you do not receive an email check your spam box, if you still can't see it. Contact the Talkative support team.
- Click the "reset password" button on the email:
- Then enter your new password, then confirm it using the text boxes. Click set password when you have found a suitable password:
