Integrated Users

Talkative supports many SSO providers including GSuite, Azure Active Directory and Salesforce. However, if you are not using one of these, you can create integrated accounts in the User Manager.

You can add, view, edit and delete user accounts from within the User Manager page in your account:

To add users, all you need is their basic contact details.

Phone number is the best telephone number for that user. 

Passwords

Passwords are automatically generated strings of random characters. These default passwords are distributed to each user upon registration. The user can then change their password upon initial login.

Distributor Role

If you are connected to Mitel through Engage, the following option will be available on the user creation form.

Select the corresponding role on the Distributor Agent dropdown menu to have both systems communicate.
