An overview of how you can use Talkative GenAI to respond to emails.

What does it do?
Email AI will respond to incoming emails using Generative AI and your Talkative AI Knowledgebase.
The system will forward the email to your primary email inbox if it cannot answer the question.
If it can answer the question, you can either have it respond to the customer over email, OR provide the suggested response to the primary inbox for you to check before responding.
Instructions to use Email AI
Formal self-serve documentation will follow once the feature is out of beta. In the meantime, please contact Talkative to set things up. Your subdomain will need to be connected with our email service (contact us for details).
Options
The following information is available to be configured:
- Ingest Email - the email you send emails to, this will be something like [email protected] - you will need to set up emails to forward to this address. You will need to configure your subdomain to match with our mail service (contact us for details).
- Escalation Email - the email address inbox that the system will send emails to if it cannot find an answer.
- Response From Email - the email address that will be displayed as the "from" email address when the system responds back to the customer.
- Monitoring Email - the email address that receives forwarded emails from if the system has an answer but is set to Should Respond = Disabled.
- Response Verified Domain - the domain used in the set up process.
- Should Respond - if unticked, successful answers will be sent to the Escalation Email. If ticked, answers will be sent directly to the initial customer.
- Additional Info - additional text that will be appended to any emails that are sent, essentially an email signature.
- AI Knowledge Base - your Talkative AI Knowledgebase that includes your documentation etc.

Email AI currently uses GPT-4o as the LLM. We may let you select your LLM of choice in GA.
Pricing will most likely be per-interaction based.
