28th November 2024 Product Update: Introduction of Talkative Voice AI
We’re excited to announce the release of an initial version of Voice AI in closed beta, designed to provide our users with voice-driven AI conversations.
Overview
The new Voice AI capability allows interactions through voice, allowing you to triage calls with a Voice bot before handing off calls to agents.
Use Cases
Replacing or augmenting a traditional IVR with a more natural interface to route calls to the right queue/department based on the caller’s question
Answer questions based on a pre-defined Knowledgebase using an LLM
Collect information from callers before transferring the call

Reuses Talkative Chatbot workflow builder to allow you to build out AI IVRs, knowledgebase lookups, transfers, welcome messages, data collection, and more.
Choose your own voice/language.
Transfer into a live agent queue via SIP/PSTN.
Transcription, summaries, sentiment analysis, real-time transcript monitoring, and more.
Real-time and historical analytics.

Next Steps
During the closed beta, Talkative will be adding in a number of enhancements and refining the solution with our users before general availability in Q1 2025. Future releases planned in the coming weeks will allow:
